In an effort to simplify our product naming convention, ANADIGICS is pleased to announce we have modified the nomenclature for parts created after July 1, 2010. Please note these changes are not retroactive; all part numbers in existence before July 1 will continue unchanged for their lifetime.
So what’s changed? It’s pretty straightforward. We’ve removed the environmental compliance coding and package type suffix. This information is easily accessed on the data sheet for each part. We believe these changes simplify the ordering process and discussions as parts were typically referred to by their shorter versions.
New Nomenclature Made Easy Under the new model, a complete ANADIGICS Part Number now consists of three elements: prefix, device number and shipping option suffix. A diagram of the new nomenclature, effective July 1, 2010, is illustrated below.
